Time to wake up guys. We have slept long enough and you all are grwn up men. I will take 0-6 or 016 record if we do not have talent. We have talent but we do not have dedication. It comes from within and noone has to tell you that how good or how bad you are. we have to look into mirror and recognize ourselves.

Cricket is a very simple game. Just have to stick to the basics. In batting we have to stay on the wicket and each batsman has to dig deep within him and to apply the basics. Just stay there, rotate the strike and punish the bad balls. If we do that and stay 40 overs we will score close to 225-250. I do not see any team in this league who can prevent you from doing that.

In bowling just stay within your limit. Another basic thing, bowl wicket to wicket on the off stump line and let batsman take risk of scoring. No one will be beaten by medium pace on this concrete wickets and none of us is super fast either. Bowl according to your field and play your role as a bowler who will contain the runs. In practice need more concentration on bowling on good line and length. You all know this but I do not see it applied on the field. It's everyone's responsibility. Just do your job to the best of your ability and forget about what others are saying or doing.

Things will get better if you just be more focused on the game instead of others. In the field always be in the game eventhough you are not fielding every ball. Just encourage others that way you will be more focused. Just Do It.
