Points table updated

Hi guys,

I have updated the points table.

The teams in green have already qualified. Two from the orange teams will qualify. The teams in red are out of the playoff contention.

The equation becomes pretty simple for us if we win our last game.

So lets not think about anything, Just go there and win.
