HICC II clinches a thriller by 1 wicket against CUCC
After a flip of a golden coin, CUCC decided to bat first. It did not surprise any of us but it also gave us what we like – field first and win the game. As it has happened in the past, we loose the toss but win the game. In this game, it seemed otherwise but some late order heroics of 3 unsung heroes clinched a thriller from the jaws of defeat. Chirag Patel’s heroics with supporting roles of Pankaj and Raju Patel sealed the game for HICC II chasing 231 in 37.5 overs by 1 wicket. [Full Article] | [Full Scorecard]

Although, Inam looked unhappy with the decision the Umpire was very much convinced and the Indian team was buoyant as they knew that Inam is capable of playing long innings.[Full Article] | [Full Scorecard]
